Dennis was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in June of 2005, he was given 3-6 months to live. Those of you who knew Dennis know that he was a fighter and he fought the battle with cancer by not giving in or up! Dennis lived for 2 years after being diagnosed, We continued to travel and minister until 2 months before he went home. He never stopped witnessing to everyone he met even during his treatments he would stop and pray for others. On Wednesday, August 8, 07 the pain took over and he went into hospice care. We had a hospital bed set up in the living room over looking the lake and we watched his 'Cowboys movies". On Saturday, late afternoon, Dennis went to bed. Monday, August 13, 07 during his last few minutes he was seeing angels and we all took turns telling him it was alright to go with them. At 6PM, surrounded by friends and loved ones, Dennis was 'Serenaded by Angels' to the throne of God. He is now as Fanny Crosby wrote 'Safe in the Arms of Jesus'.
